Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days of their delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. However, for returns due to a change of mind, customers will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.

Returned packages due to “House Locked”, “Receiver Not Available”, “Address Incorrect”, “Consignee Not Available / Shifted”
cannot be refunded. These orders will NOT be re-sent unless paid for again. Anything that comes back with 6-7 days transit time, is not in a condition to be resent.  New packages will be sent out for re-shipment and full price charged.

Typically, you can expect your refund within four weeks after handing your package to the return shipper. In many instances, refunds are processed even faster. This four-week period accounts for the transit time for the return shipment to reach us (5 to 10 business days), our processing time once the return is received (3 to 5 business days), and the time your bank takes to complete our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

In all non-India delivery countries, courier services do not contact the recipient to resolve incorrect addresses.
They have just returned back.  We will not take responsibility for this and in case of re-delivery, it will be charged from the Sender/Client.
We will use the exact address given to us. USPS/UPS many times accepts addresses without apartment numbers, if not provided.
Providing us with the correct and complete address (including apartment number) is the sender’s responsibility.

Any Rakhi order that is lost by logistics, we resend without any cost to you.
